Welcome to Burrows Caravan Park

Burrows Caravan Park is a static caravan park that has been owned and run by the same family for more than 60 years.  The beautiful sandy beach of Horton & Port Eynon is just a two minute walk from where the park nestles behind the sand dunes on the Gower Peninsula’s southern coastline. Many families have called this their ‘little bit of paradise’ for generations.

The park is off the beaten path and therefore very private, made more so by the electronically controlled security barrier at the entrance. There is a large grassy area in the centre where children can play safely and be easily supervised.  Our efficient wifi system allows you to keep in touch with the rest of the world and the modern laundry facility helps to make life that little bit easier.

The Gower Peninsula was designated Britain’s first ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ in 1956 and anyone visiting this special part of South Wales soon understands why.  The sandy beach is one of the finest and safest on the peninsula for a range of water sports and also benefits from being patrolled by RNLI Lifeguards during the summer.

In Port Eynon there are fish and chip shops, two restaurants with Tripadvisor Certificates of Excellence, and a grocery store, all within easy walking distance. Also, there is the excellent family bar and restaurant at Bank Farm Leisure Park in Horton, where all our residents are made welcome.

Port Eynon is just a 30 minute drive from Swansea and the M4 motorway.  The park is ideally situated to allow easy access to all that Gower has to offer, from its famous world class views, walks and beaches to its dazzling collection of flora and fauna both on land and sea. Whether it’s fishing, swimming, walking or just playing in the rock pools, Gower has something for everyone.
